Privacy policy

What does this site collect?

Only what you type into a message form. There are no accounts and no analytics on this site.

• A message to a company goes by email straight to that company, at the email address PA DEP lists for it, so they can reply to you. It includes your name, how to reach you, and anything else you choose to add, like your ZIP code or radon result.
• A message from the contact page comes to us.

We send these emails through Brevo, an email service. We don't keep the text of your message. We keep a short log of when a message was sent and to which company, so we can spot misuse of the form.

What does Google receive?

Company ratings, reviews, opening hours, phone numbers and maps come from Google. When a page loads them, your browser connects to Google, and Google receives the usual details any website gets, such as your IP address and browser type. Google's own privacy policy covers what it does with them.

The fonts on this site also load from Google Fonts.

What stays in your browser?

If you add companies to your shortlist, the list is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it's there next time. It never leaves your device, and we can't see it. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.

Do we sell or share your data?

No. A message goes only to the company you chose, or to us. We don't sell leads, we don't share your details with anyone else, and no company pays us for anything.
