What is this site?

A free, independent directory of PA DEP-certified radon companies serving York County, Pennsylvania. It is run by Radon Mitigation York. We are not a radon company and don't do any radon work.

Can I rely on the listings?

Use them as a starting point. We take every fact from PA DEP's lists, a company's own website or Google, and show when we last checked. Details change, and we can't promise every listing is complete or current. Check a company's certification with PA DEP and get a written quote before you hire anyone.

Do you recommend any company?

No. Companies are listed A to Z. We don't rank them, and a listing is not an endorsement.

Who is responsible for the work?

Any agreement you make is between you and the company you hire. We aren't part of it and aren't responsible for their work, prices or conduct.

Do companies pay to be listed?

No. Nobody pays to be listed or to be higher up, and we don't sell leads.

Can I copy content from this site?

You can share links to any page. Please don't copy the guides or listings onto another site.

Which law applies?

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
